Biochemistry and biotechnology are at the core of some of the work conducted by Chembiotech
Laboratories, given the breadth
of applications these areas span. Therefore Chembiotech Laboratories' industrial work has ranged from food products, where we
have analysed vitamin production and also concentrations and degradation of nutrients in food, to
wound management, where we have examined enzyme activities and microbe behaviour under various
conditions and in the presence of different entities.
In addition, Chembiotech Laboratories has conducted research in enzymology, enzyme modification/immobilisation, as well as enzymic
routes for starch dextrin production and starch purity analysis, in order to develop improved fermentation techniques for several companies. |
